He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing from Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville, Alabama. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, M&A Source, and the Financial Planning Association and holds the premier designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and the highly-coveted Certified Financial PlannerTM licenses. Mr. Capizzi also holds a Real Estate Broker license in Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina.

Mr. Capizzi has been sought after for his opinion and has contributed to various financial planning and business sale articles in publications such as Atlanta Business Chronicle, Financial Planning Magazine, Fortune Small Business Magazine and M&A Advisor. In the year 2000, Steve had the privilege to co-author a book titled, Family Wealth Counseling: “Getting to the Heart of the Matter”.

Mr. Capizzi has been a resident of Metropolitan Atlanta since 1985. He lives in Duluth, Georgia with his wife Kimberly and their son and daughter. He and his family are active members of Perimeter Church located in Duluth, Georgia.
